The nomination form ensures that you have all the information you need at your fingertips

We now require that this Nomination Form be completed and submitted one week prior to each meeting.  Sure, it takes a little time, but it means that if you’re chosen to nominate your organization, you’ll have ALL the information you need at your fingertips.  It will also bring more consistency and uniformity to the presentations, ensuring that all of the pertinent information is addressed and helping our members compare apples-to-apples when voting.
